When you submit a quote request, work order, general inquiry, or vendor application, we store the details you enter: your name, contact information, company name if provided, property address and ZIP code, the service requested, and the description of the work.

If you attach files, they are stored in private storage. They are not published on the website and are not reachable by a public link.

Submitted information is used to review and respond to your request, to prepare pricing or scheduling, to carry out accepted work, and to keep a record of the request for reference.

We do not sell submitted information, and we do not use it to send marketing messages.

Submissions, attachments, contracts, and internal notes are restricted to authorized Atlas administrators. Access is enforced on the server, not only in the interface.

Information is stored in the database and file storage used to run this website. Service providers that host or operate that infrastructure may process data on our behalf.

We may disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to respond to a lawful request.

This website does not include advertising pixels, third-party tracking scripts, or analytics that build a profile of you.

Public forms never ask for lockbox codes, alarm codes, or other property access credentials. Those details are arranged directly with a client after a work order is accepted.

Public forms never ask for Social Security numbers, bank details, or W-9 forms.

Request records are kept for as long as needed to respond to the request, complete work, and maintain a business record. You can ask us to remove a submission by contacting us with the reference number you received.
